Environment

Wind Farms are generally located in complex and extremely sensitive locations which requires exceptionally high standards for attention to detail. We provide our clients with assessments and baseline noise/ air/ water/ safety surveys prior to any activity taking place on site. This information is then utilised to manage and monitor the progress of the development and success of an Environmental Management System   employed to protect the environment. This service can range from site inspections and training to complex continuous monitoring analysers installed in sensitive receiving systems which remotely alert the team of any irregularities. Our team provide 24 / 7 site services and can be on site within hours of contact. It is then our expertise that can ensure the baseline quality of the site is maintained throughout the design and construction phase of the development.

Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP)

Our PSDP service is tailored to clients specific requirements.  We often find that meeting the regulatory requirements can often be improved with the assistance of good PSDP support.  We utilise the services of a general co-ordinator, and able to provide crucial advice which makes a real contribution to the development of safer designs by using specialists in their field.

The trade-craft we can offer surpasses many traditional consultancies, as we garner expert advice depending on the works and the clients we work with.  From complete engineering projects in pharmaceutical to waste-water treatment plants and renewable energy developments, our specialists will ensure design risk is managed and that the works are co-ordinated amongst the contractors and the PSCS.

Our PSDPs can follow client standard processes, and we also have our own comprehensive design risk management process, from design registers to competency assessments.
